Sunday Jun 14, 2020
Sunday Jun 14, 2020
(Guest - Burlesque)
In this episode, I had the honour to have Guest as my guest. They shared with me their interest in burlesque as their hobby.
Burlesque is a literary, dramatic, or musical work intended to cause laughter by caricaturing the manner or spirit of serious works or by ludicrous treatment of their subjects. The term originated in the 17th century from the Italian word "burlesco," which is derived from "burla," meaning a joke, ridicule, or mockery.

In this episode, I had the honour to have Erik as my guest. He shared with me his interest in birding as his hobby.
A study made by the American Museum of Natural History indicates that there are around 18,000 different species of birds around the would and they all have interesting characteristics that make them unique. Some are Apex predators, some have unique mating displays, some live in a place where no other creatures live. People like Erik who observe and study birds are considered birders which means they enjoy not only looking at birds in their natural habitats but also learn more bout their habits and way of life.
